Our tracking system is available via the Internet. This Internet site is linked to our central database giving the passenger live information regarding their misrouted luggage and the expected time of arrival.

Passengers can only access their unique file, by using their full file reference number supplied to them by their Airline. Only relevant information is displayed from behind a secure firewall.

We have received excellent feedback from passengers, who have used this system. This is another enhancement dedicated to our customer service.
