Replacement Luggage and Repair

Our dedicated luggage repair workshop at Heathrow can collect, repair and return baggage at very short notice.

With highly trained and skilled personnel carrying out the repairs most luggage can be repaired in-house. This service is offered at a set price and our average turn around time is only 3 days.

Menzies Express Baggage hold a large and varied stock of replacement luggage to suit most requirements and source from all of the major luggage manufacturers. Our large customer base enables us to negotiate attractive discounts, which are passed on to our customers.

In addition to these services we supply a catalogue to all front line staff. This enables staff to complete the Damaged, Pilfered Report (DPR) more efficiently. Each suitcase is numbered so when you send the DPR to our SITA address. Staff is only required to add the number in the comments box and we will do the rest.
