Luggage Repatriation

Menzies Express Baggage understands the anxiety of passengers when their luggage goes astray and the urgency that they attach to having it returned to them. We therefore have systems in place to ensure that passengers receive their luggage as soon as possible.

The moment an item of luggage arrives at the Terminal we receive a forward message from the Airline via our SITA address. This information is automatically inserted into our database and a delivery document issued. The passenger is informed of an expected time of delivery and if that time is not convenient, alternative arrangements can be made. We can provide various levels of delivery service to suit most budgets.
